			Dick Bryan has been in residential new home sales and marketing for more than 30 years. Prior to founding the Bryan Group, he was corporate Vice President of Marketing for Ryland Homes in 28 metropolitan areas across the United States. During his career, Dick Bryan has been personally responsible for marketing of over 60,000 homes and has received numerous awards from the homebuilding industry. Dick is the Principal Broker of the Bryan Group in Virginia, Maryland and Pennsylvania.


			Mr. Boris has more than 17 years of experience in the homebuilding industry; as both an award winning Sales Manager in keystone communities in the DC Metro Area and Director of Sales and Marketing for home builders in Virginia and West Virginia. He provides consultant research for residential and land acquisition and is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Virginia, West Virginia, Maryland and Florida.


			Mr. Patterson has successfully marketed, managed and sold real estate in Maryland, Washington, DC and Virginia since 1992. Mr. Patterson has a diverse background in the real estate industry, which includes new home sales for local and national builders, general brokerage and condominium conversions for local and national builders, general brokerage and condominium conversions for local and national developers. He is an accomplished sales professional receiving WMSMC lifetime member million dollar awards, 2002 MAME Sales Team and the 2003 Bryan Group Pinnacle award. Mr. Patterson is directing sales efforts in Prince Georges County, Montgomery County and Washington, DC.


			With over 25 years of experience in the homebuilding industry, George Middleton has specialized in sales and marketing for over a decade serving as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Richmond American Homes in Maryland and Virginia. Past experiences also include directing new home sales management for major brokerage firms in both the Washington, D.C. – SMSA and in the Charlotte, NC area.
